Forest Cabin Wedding
This was the second wedding I captured in August and it took me to the Foothills on a much cooler day. I was super excited to capture this wedding for two reasons:
1. The bride and groom are awesome people.
2. This would be a new type of wedding location for me to shoot in.
The bride and groom were friends with the owner of a cute little cabin in the middle of no where and they were able to have their ceremony on the property. They worked hard to set it up and style the venue all themselves. It had a very cute simple vibe to it that I LOVED.
My favourite part of the day was finding out the backstory of how these two fell in love. Their romance started while they were both working at a nursing home and the female residents were egging the bride on to ask the groom out. How cute is that!? LOL
My second favourite part of the day was the groom’s dog. I mean all the people were great too… but the dog! The dog could have his own modelling page. I have never photographed an animal that was so photogenic before!
I hope you enjoy some of my favourite captures of the day.
