Capturing Love in a Winter Wonderland

Winter’s beauty is unparalleled. The soft, diffused light, the sparkling snow, and the serene, quiet landscapes create a perfect setting for romantic photos. Whether you’re surrounded by snow-covered hills, frost-kissed trees, or a frozen river, the natural beauty of winter enhances the warmth of your love story. Which is why I was so excited when this couple asked for winter engagement photos! I truly love everything that winter has to offer.

Now I will admit that there was some disappointment at the lack of actual snow but I still think we were able to bring the cozy winter vibes into this photoshoot. This couple wore their coziest sweaters and the chilly river air gave the perfect excuse for those cuddly, snugly, romantic moments.

I have personally known the bride for quite a few years and I was ecstatic when she asked if I would capture their engagement photos and their wedding day. This couple is so perfect for one another as they balance each other out in all the best ways.
