M Wedding

The M Wedding is one of the beautiful weddings I had the opportunity to capture this summer. It was such a fun and amazing day! The wedding party was so funny and they have clearly been friends with the bride and groom for a long time. There were so many inside jokes connecting everyone and bringing joy to the day.

While I loved the closeness of the wedding party, I think that the meal at the wedding reception was one of my favourite parts of the whole day. The food was amazing! If you know me in person you know that food brings me so much joy. haha. As Carley always says food is the way to my heart.

One of my other favourite parts of being the photographer for this wedding was that the bride and groom trusted me and gave me room to be creative. I would call this a run and gun style photo shoot. The entire wedding party was so amazing as we piled into vehicles to travel around for a couple hours stopping at the locations I had pre-scouted for fun photography backdrops. I really enjoyed the opportunity to be creative on the fly.

This wedding also had the most amazing Best Man speech I have heard thus far. It was given by the bride and grooms young son. I still wonder if mom is in charge of the haircuts as requested? haha.
