“Falling” For You: A Fall Engagement in the Badlands

There’s something undeniably magical about the Badlands in the fall—the rolling hills and the winding Red Deer River creating a picturesque backdrop, while the vibrant autumn leaves paint the landscape in fiery shades of gold, orange, and crimson. When I met A & M for their engagement session, the setting felt like it was tailor-made for their love story.

This fun-loving couple brought an effortless charm to the session, dressed in their matching denim and cream sweaters. Their outfits gave the shoot a cozy yet chic vibe, blending perfectly with the natural beauty around them. At moments, it was like we were capturing a high-fashion editorial—playful yet sophisticated, with undeniable vogue-like energy.

And then there were those looks—the kind that could melt the crisp autumn air. Steamy glances, knowing smiles, and the way they held each other spoke volumes about their connection. Every pose, whether candid or intentional, radiated warmth and passion, heating up the already stunning fall scene.

This session was a dream to photograph, but what makes it even more special is knowing this is just the beginning. In 2025, we’ll have the honour of capturing their elopement wedding, and we couldn’t be more excited. With their dynamic energy and deep bond, we can only imagine how unforgettable their big day will be.

To A & M, thank you for letting us be a part of this chapter in your story. I’m counting down the days until I get to document your next adventure together!
